Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Specialist in AI Product and Delivery to translate current workflows into AI-enabled processes across THV Europe. You will drive business analysis, product thinking, and hands-on delivery, partnering with commercial, medical, IT and regional teams to redesign workflows and deploy AI solutions.

You will lead requirements sessions, translate needs into technical specs, and own testing, adoption and governance for AI initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; minimum 5 years in business analysis, product delivery, data, software, AI or related roles; or
• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field; minimum 3 years in relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map priority business workflows across functions to improve efficiency.
• Lead workflow mapping and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for delivery partners.
• Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value and feasibility.
• Develop knowledge of AI platforms and perform configuration and fixes where appropriate.
• Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows with data integration when needed.
• Support data pipelines, cloud services and infrastructure for AI products.
• Own knowledge management for AI solutions and content foundations.
• Explain AI platforms to stakeholders and support alignment across functions.
• Own testing, validation and acceptance of external-delivered solutions.
• Support AI solutions through adoption and embedding redesigned workflows.
• Deliver AI training and demonstrations to increase organization-wide literacy.
• Contribute to AI governance standards and documentation.
• Support annual planning with analyses and supporting materials.
