Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a Senior Specialist, AI Product and Delivery, to translate business workflows into AI-enabled solutions. You will lead cross-functional sessions, map processes, and define specifications for delivery partners.

The role combines business analysis, product thinking and hands-on delivery across AI platforms, data pipelines and infrastructure, with hybrid work and European travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product delivery, data, software, AI or related roles; or
• Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• A high standard of written and spoken English is required.
• Demonstrated experience taking solutions from requirements through implementation and established use, with a focus on delivery.
• Experience with large language model tooling, APIs, AI agents and enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong ability to map complex business processes, including undocumented activities and dependencies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and communicate to non-technical audiences.
• Product-oriented mindset and hands-on delivery with stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with limited precedent and evolving priorities, managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map priority business workflows across functions.
• Lead workflow mapping and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for internal or external delivery partners.
• Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on value and feasibility.
• Develop knowledge of AI platforms and perform config changes where appropriate.
• Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows with data sources connections.
• Support data pipelines, cloud services, and infrastructure for AI solutions.
• Maintain knowledge content and prepare data for effective use.
• Explain AI platforms to stakeholders and align across functions.
