Zusammenfassung

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Specialist, AI Product and Delivery to translate current workflows into AI-enabled processes across THV Europe. You will drive delivery from concept to adoption, collaborating with business teams and external partners to redesign workflows and implement AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include mapping processes, defining specifications, prioritizing opportunities, and enabling AI governance.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product delivery, data, software or AI roles.
Master's degree with at least 3 years relevant experience.
Strong written and spoken English is required.

Aufgaben

Analyze and map priority business workflows across functions.
Lead workflow mapping and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for delivery teams.
Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on value and feasibility and impact.
Develop and maintain knowledge of AI platforms and make configuration changes where appropriate.
Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows with relevant data sources.
Support AI solutions through implementation and adoption and training.
