Qualifications

Responsibilities

Analyze and map priority business workflows across functions to identify delays and AI opportunities.
Lead workflow mapping and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for internal or delivery partners.
Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on value and feasibility.
Develop knowledge of AI platforms and solutions; implement changes where appropriate.
Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows; connect data sources as needed.
Support data pipelines, cloud services and infrastructure for AI products.
Own knowledge base supporting AI solutions and ensure access control.
