Preply is seeking a consumer-focused product leader to own the Lesson Insights product end to end, from strategy to delivery, across learners and tutors, on web and mobile. You will ruthlessly prioritize feedback, connect insights to learner progress, and design for the marketplace with strong data discipline and experimentation.

You’ll also scale the feature across languages and partner with the Progress squad.

Formación

• Consumer product craft: experience building consumer-facing mobile-first products with great UX.
• GenAI / LLM product experience: shipped products using LLMs/NLP; discuss trade-offs and approaches.
• Learner and tutor empathy: genuinely care about users and prioritization decisions.
• Deeply data-driven: run analyses and form viewpoints from data.
• Experimentation rigor: solid A/B testing and interpretation.
• Strong communication: translate complex work into clear leadership decisions.
• Bias for action: ship MVP quickly and iterate.
• Comfort with ambiguity: make fuzzy things measurable and drive alignment.
• Experience with learning languages: background or interest in language learning environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Lesson Insights product end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and results across learners and tutors, web and mobile.
• Prioritize feedback learners actually act on by focusing on what matters and avoiding overkill.
• Connect insights to progress, shaping how per-lesson insights look and how they ladder into long-term progress.
• Design for both learners and tutors to strengthen the marketplace relationship.
• Drive reach by scaling to other languages and audiences.
• Drive engagement with useful, engaging design and regular usage of insights by learners.
• Perform own data analyses to understand engagement, repeat usage, and gaps in the experience.
