Preply is seeking a product leader to own the Lesson Insights product end to end. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for an AI-driven experience used by learners and tutors across web and mobile.

You will ruthlessly prioritize feedback to help learners improve, shape how insights translate to progress, and ensure strong learner-tutor relationships by design. You will also scale the product across languages to broaden reach and engagement.

Formación

• Consumer-facing, mobile-first product experience with regular, habitual use.
• Experience shipping products built on LLMs or NLP at scale, with discussion of trade-offs (evals, hallucinations, latency, cost).
• Genuine curiosity about learners and tutors; strong user empathy in prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Lesson Insights product end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution and results for the AI experience across learners and tutors, web and mobile.
• Prioritize feedback that learners actually act on and improve learning outcomes.
• Define how per-lesson insights look and how they ladder up into progress over time, collaborating with the Progress squad.
• Design for both sides of the marketplace to strengthen learner-tutor relationships.
• Scale Insights to additional languages to increase reach and engagement.
• Drive feature engagement and retention through thoughtful, usable design.
• Perform analyses to understand how learners engage with feedback and identify gaps in the user experience.
