Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in relevant skills.
• Advanced English language communication.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify, design, develop, and deploy advanced ML solutions.
• Contribute to ML architecture, data pipelines, and APIs for our solutions.
• Research and develop state-of-the-art data products and AI models for the HCM system user experience.
• Write clean code and documentation; promote best practices for scalable AI systems.
