ADP is hiring a Senior AI Ops Engineer to design and scale AI infrastructure powering our products. You will build reliable, secure, cost-efficient platforms in AWS and collaborate across engineering, product, data science and platform teams to deliver robust pipelines.

You will develop CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and governance for AI/ML systems, apply FinOps to optimize costs, and share best practices to improve developer experience and platform capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• Experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.

Join ADP's Spark team and help build and scale the AI infrastructure that powers our next generation of products. In this role, you will work across engineering, product, data science, and platform teams to develop reliable, secure, and cost-effective AI platforms, tools, and deployment pipelines.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure and platform services in AWS.


• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and monitoring for AI and ML systems.


• Support AI governance, evaluation, scalability, and operational excellence.


• Apply FinOps practices to optimize AI infrastructure and model-related costs.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities.


• Contribute to technical best practices and support knowledge sharing across the team.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, -Mathematics, or a related field.


• Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or a related area.


• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, and CloudWatch.


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and platform operations.


• Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, model deployment, observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks.


• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript.


• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.


• Experience building developer platforms, internal developer portals, or AI development tooling.


• Advanced degree in a related field.
