ADP is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to advance machine learning across our HCM platforms. You will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy robust ML models and Generative AI solutions that transform client experience and operations.

You’ll work with Python, AWS, and Databricks to scale models, explore NLP and deep learning techniques, and contribute to end-to-end data products. A university degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• 3–5 years in relevant AI/ML roles.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced ML solutions.
• Research and build start-of-the-art data products and AI systems.
• Deliver scalable, robust ML models and AI workflows at enterprise scale.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices across the team.
