ADP's Spark team is seeking a Senior AI Ops Engineer to design, build, and scale AI infrastructure powering our next generation of products. You will work across engineering, product, data science, and platform teams to develop reliable, secure, and cost-effective AI platforms, tools, and deployment pipelines.

You will own AWS-based platform services, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and FinOps for AI workloads, while collaborating to improve developer experience and set technical best practices

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and platform operations.
• Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, model deployment, observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure and platform services in AWS.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and monitoring for AI and ML systems.
• Support AI governance, evaluation, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Apply FinOps practices to optimize AI infrastructure and model-related costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to technical best practices and support knowledge sharing across the team.
