ADP, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Barcelona, Spain, to apply machine learning and Generative AI to transform our business processes and client experiences. You will work with data scientists and software engineers to solve real-world challenges using advanced ML techniques.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in relevant skills in the same or similar role.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks; experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and agentic workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment to design, develop, and deploy advanced ML solutions.
• Research and develop data products and ML models to optimize the user experience of ADP's products.
• Deliver at scale by writing clean code and documenting best practices for adaptive AI models and systems.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration while balancing independence and teamwork.
