Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join our AI‑powered Payroll Operations platform, building scalable Python/.NET services, Angular micro frontends, and cloud‑hosted AI agents for global payroll workflows.

You will design REST APIs, work with SQL Server, Terraform, and modern frontend tech, collaborating across engineering, AI, and infra teams in an agile, international environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack or Backend Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience designing and building Python‑based services, ideally including AI agents or cloud AI integrations.
• Solid experience with .NET Core for building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, ideally Angular, and with web components (Stencil) and micro frontend architectures.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with security best practices, CI/CD tools, and software engineering best practices.
• Professional level of English, able to collaborate with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Python‑based AI agents and .NET Core APIs.
• Develop Angular micro frontends and integrate Stencil web components.
• Work with SQL Server databases and payroll data models; optimize queries.
• Write Terraform code to define and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate AI and automation into legacy payroll systems without breaking functionality.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, AI, and infra teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Ensure security, compliance, and observability across the stack.
