SD Worx is seeking an AI / Azure Foundry Engineer to accelerate AI-enabled automation across Payroll and Products. You will design intelligent automation, develop Python-based AI services, and establish standards for governance within the Smart Automation team.

You will lead architecture discussions, deliver end-to-end automation, and collaborate with SMEs to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in CS/SE/DS or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years delivering AI/ML solutions in production or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Azure Foundry or comparable Azure AI/ML services.
• Code managed via feature branches with reviews and pull requests.
• Tests and observability configured from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI automation solutions using Azure Foundry and Python.
• Develop AI services integrated with Foundry workflows, hubs, models, and datasets.
• Create reusable AI components and best-practice patterns for other squads.
• Establish prompt design and model governance guidelines for safe AI deployment.
• Lead discussions on AI architecture, responsible AI, and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Product SMEs to identify automation opportunities.
