Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team building an AI-powered Payroll Operations platform. You will work on cutting-edge AI agents and integrate with enterprise payroll systems, using Python/.NET across the stack.

You will design REST APIs, implement Angular micro frontends, manage SQL Server data, and define cloud infrastructure with Terraform, while collaborating with global teams in an agile environment.

Formación

• 7+ years as Full-Stack or Backend Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Python-based services experience, with AI agents or cloud AI integrations.
• Experience with .NET Core for RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Frontend with Angular and web components, micro frontend architectures.
• SQL Server expertise: complex queries and schema understanding.
• Terraform and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of security, CI/CD, Git and software engineering best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Python-based AI agents using modern frameworks.
• Develop and maintain .NET Core APIs for AI agent layer.
• Build and integrate Angular micro frontends and Stencil components.
• Work with SQL Server: queries, schemas, data models for payroll data.
• Write Terraform to define cloud infrastructure for the platform.
• Integrate AI/automation into legacy payroll systems without disruption.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, AI, and infra teams end‑to‑end.
• Enforce security/compliance across the stack (IAM, auditability, PII).
• Contribute to docs, READMEs, and team knowledge base.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ownership.
