Allianz Technology is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Barcelona to lead the design and delivery of AI-first software solutions within the BMP Retail team. You will craft end-to-end AI-enabled systems, manage domain models, API contracts, and data schemas, and drive governance and testing across the development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with global teams, advance AI agent tooling, and champion Spec-Driven Development and secure, scalable architectures in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python/Java/TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with AI technologies including LLMs and embeddings.
• Experience with OpenAPI/AsyncAPI/JSON Schema and policy-as-code.
• Cloud-native design with Azure/AWS/OCI; CI/CD; Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate needs into requirements and success criteria.
• Design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions with domain models, API contracts, and data schemas.
• Drive Spec-Driven Development practices and AI-assisted generation, validation, testing, and documentation.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered tools, agents, and orchestrators across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Design robust integrations with internal APIs, databases, search platforms, and enterprise services with governance.
