Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with Python/JS/Java.
• Experience with AI technologies, LLMs, embeddings, evaluation.
• Experience with Spec-Driven/Contract-First Development (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, JSON Schema).
• Strong cloud skills (Azure, AWS, OCI) and CI/CD; Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead discovery sessions translating business needs into specs.
• Design end-to-end solutions from business problem to architecture.
• Write clear specifications and data schemas for AI agents.
• Deliver backend and frontend components driven by specs and AI.
