Allianz Technology in Barcelona is seeking an AI Delivery & Platform Engineer to enable AI-assisted tooling across BMP delivery teams. You will configure Claude Code, ensure secure integration with repositories, and keep tooling running at enterprise scale.

You will work with DevOps and platform teams to manage configurations, upgrades, and standards, troubleshoot issues, and help delivery teams use AI tooling effectively. Strong software background and English communication are essential.

Formación

• Strong software engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with development tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise development environments.
• Experience configuring and operating Claude Code or comparable AI-assisted development tools.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and operate AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Ensure correct integration of AI tooling with source code repositories, existing codebases, and testing frameworks.
• Integrate AI tooling into development environments and CI/CD pipelines in line with Allianz Technology engineering standards.
• Manage tooling configuration, upgrades, and technical standards.
• Enable delivery teams to use AI-assisted development tools effectively.
• Act as the first technical escalation point for AI tooling issues.
• Troubleshoot failures, inconsistencies, and integration problems across environments.
• Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation of AI tooling in collaboration with DevOps and platform teams.
