Allianz Technology is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Barcelona to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging Databricks on Microsoft Azure. You will build AI capabilities, architect secure data processing, and commercialize AI across business processes.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML with 2+ years in Generative AI, NLP, or LLMs. A strong background in Python, Spark, Azure AI services, and MLOps is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with at least 2 years in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs or Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Act as AI & Cloud Architecture SME, guiding on AI and Azure technologies.
• Design, build, test, and optimize scalable AI and cloud architectures on Azure.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI Service and Databricks.
• Evaluate and integrate foundation models and AI services.
• Establish governance for AI, data, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical leadership.
• Drive innovation and stay current with AI and cloud advancements.
