Erni in Barcelona is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and operate an enterprise conversational analytics agent for governed clinical operations data. You will drive agent orchestration, semantic integrations, and evaluation frameworks while upholding traceability, security, and responsible AI in production.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor others, and contribute to a governance-first culture with hands-on impact across critical business domains.

Formación

• Strong production experience developing applications in Python.
• Advanced SQL with analytical queries, window functions and performance optimization.
• Hands-on prompt engineering and LLM architectures such as ReAct or plan-and-execute.
• Experience with Snowflake, data modelling, and conversational analytics or text-to-SQL solutions.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents using LangGraph or comparable frameworks.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and CI/CD practices for production-grade AI systems.
