Agilent Technologies seeks a senior leader to shape enterprise AI platform engineering, directing agentic architecture across runtimes, model gateways, and orchestration at scale.

You will partner with IT, Security, and risk to implement compliant, auditable systems, driving cost-effective decisions and scalable technology adoption in regulated environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading people, projects, or programs.
• Hands-on experience building production agent systems or LLM orchestration at enterprise scale.
• Deep familiarity with MCP, A2A, and interoperability landscape.
• Strong identity and security instincts; enterprise IdP and entitlement systems integration.
• Experience in regulated environments (Part 11) and auditability.

Responsabilidades

• Own agent runtimes, orchestration, and model gateway with modular, testable components.
• Manage MCP/A2A integration spine across Fabric layers.
• Define reference patterns and shared eval harness with Trust, Risk & Evaluation.
• Lead agent identity, entitlement, and audit trail implementations with IT and Security.
• Ensure GxP commit-point patterns and traceability for audits.
• Manage AI Harness Engineers deployed in pods and oversee architecture strategies.
• Drive enterprise-wide technology architecture realization, cost-benefit and risk analyses.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide scalable, cost-effective decisions.

In this role you shape enterprise AI architecture for Fabric agents, runtimes, and model gateways, aligning with vendor-neutral orchestration standards. You lead cross-functional teams to implement scalable, compliant AI harness solutions and governance across applications, cloud, data, and security. You drive secure identity, audit trails, and risk-informed evaluation while enabling safe, sandbox-to-production promotion. You’ll influence technology strategy and partner with IT, Security, and risk functions to deliver measurable impact.
