Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Game Designer based in Spain for a fully remote role. You will shape core gameplay, progression, economies, and balancing for large-scale mobile games, using AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with Producers, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Analysts, and Artists across the full feature lifecycle, translating concepts into well-documented design specs and guiding implementation to meet design intent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a game designer on mobile projects.
• Strong understanding of core and meta loops, progression, and player retention.
• Experience shaping large-scale mobile games and live ops.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve core gameplay and meta systems to engage players.
• Define progression systems, economies, rewards, and balancing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver features.
• Create and maintain Game Design Documents and feature specs.
• Lead features from concept through launch and analysis.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and use analytics to guide decisions.
• Balance AI-enabled workflows for research, prototyping, and docs.
