Salesforce is seeking an AI and Data Technical Architect to lead enterprise‑grade data and AI architectures centered on Salesforce D360 and the Agentforce platform. You will guide customers through scalable, secure designs and collaborate with sales and product teams to realize value.

This senior, hands‑on role sits at the intersection of data engineering, platform architecture, and applied AI, driving best practices across the organization and educating teams in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on data, analytics, and AI architectures in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
• Proven track record in prompt engineering and prototype development.
• Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI) and ability to communicate value.
• Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms and data ingestion patterns.
• Hands-on development in programming languages listed (JavaScript, Python, SQL, R).
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English, with ability to explain complex ideas to stakeholders.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Understand Agent Interoperability and map external agents into Agentforce.
• Enable Conversational & Background Agents with Agentforce Studio and external channels.
• Drive Prompt Engineering and Lifecycle Strategy for agent lifecycle management.
• Build Hands-On Demos & Prototypes with AEs showing integration with external agents.
• Lead Pre-Sales Workshops and enable customers and internal teams.
• Advise on Data & Integration across D360, CRM, APIs and governance.
• Support Early Adoption and tuning of agents post-sale.
• Own Technical Architecture decisions for data modeling and activation within D360.
• Create accessible technical documentation and knowledge bases.
