DFO Performance is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager for Europe, MENA & Asia. This is a remote, revenue‑driving leadership role with international travel where required. You will recruit and onboard high‑volume affiliates and own the revenue and profitability of the portfolio.

The role emphasizes fast decision‑making, scalable growth, traffic quality control, and commercial intelligence. You should already run a multi‑affiliate program with $1M+ in monthly revenue and a track record of building

• Senior-level affiliate leadership experience required.
• Proven ability to manage an affiliate portfolio generating multi-million USD revenue monthly.
• Strong track record recruiting and developing high-volume affiliates across multiple regions.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit high-volume affiliates, publishers, networks across Europe, MENA and Asia.
• Own monthly affiliate revenue and profitability for the portfolio.
• Identify and manage traffic quality, fraud and compliance issues.
• Scale program to 10+ active affiliates and multiple $100K+ monthly performers.
• Develop commercial intelligence: payout strategies, offer types and GEO opportunities.
