Airbus Operations SL is seeking a highly skilled Aerodynamicist to join our core engineering team in Madrid region. You will lead aerodynamic design and CFD analyses for air inlets, outlets, and aircraft subsystems, ensuring efficient integration with structures and propulsion.

The role demands master-level education in aerospace, 4–5 years of experience, and proficiency with CATIA or 3DX plus Ansys Fluent. Fluency in English is required; position is permanent and office-based in Getafe.

Formación

• Master’s or PhD in Aerospace Engineering or related field is required.
• 4–5 years in aerodynamic design within aerospace strongly preferred.
• Experience designing air inlets/outlets and CFD-driven validation.
• Proficient in CATIA and/or 3DX for surface modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to aerodynamic design and characterization of air inlets/outlets.
• Create surface geometry and 3D models with CATIA and/or 3DX.
• Run CFD simulations for internal and external aerodynamics and analyze results.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Structures, Propulsion, and Systems teams for integrated design.
• Support wind tunnel and flight testing activities and post-process data.
