Adform is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to translate product capabilities and market insights into compelling go-to-market messages from Madrid. You will bridge Product, Sales and customers, shaping positioning and enablement materials for global audiences, while collaborating with teams across Europe.

This role offers ownership of narratives in a fast-moving AdTech environment, with English as the daily working language.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Solutions Marketing, or a closely related role.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in technology, SaaS or another complex B2B environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex technology into clear positioning and narratives.
• Hands-on experience creating sales enablement assets like pitch decks and battlecards.
• Clear communication, storytelling and commercial judgment.
• Curiosity, ownership and adaptability across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop global go-to-market narratives, messaging and sales stories.
• Translate complex advertising technology into customer-focused value propositions.
• Partner with Sales, Product, customers and leadership to understand challenges and market opportunities.
• Create sales enablement materials: pitch decks, playbooks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs.
• Support commercial teams with guidance and content.
• Improve positioning based on feedback and competitive insights.
