Pgls Llc in Spain is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide strategic financial decisions. The role supports international reporting and multi-currency transactions while coordinating with auditors and tax advisors.

The position allows remote work with occasional travel to the Valencia office for essential meetings, requiring strong leadership and a track record in financial management within a tech/data solutions context.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5–7 years progressive accounting/finance experience with 2+ in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience with international financial operations and multi-currency accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, Xero or similar, plus Excel.
• Supervisory experience and ability to manage staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee bookkeeping and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor an accounting assistant.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and month/year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with local tax rules and international reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
• Develop internal controls and monitor cash flow and budgeting.
• Oversee payroll processing and multi-currency transactions.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights.
