Lokalise is seeking a senior accounting professional to own the month-end close and balance sheet integrity across our global entities, including payroll costs and external accounting relationships.

You will act as the internal client for our accounting, payroll, and EOR providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting for audits and statutory filings. This is a fully remote role; you must reside in Spain and be eligible to work.

Formación

• 5+ years in a hands-on accounting role within SaaS/tech.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating external accounting, payroll, or EOR providers.
• Solid multi-country payroll knowledge and payroll-to-GL processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and ERP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own month-end close across multiple entities and journals.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with payroll focus.
• Coordinate external accounting, payroll, and EOR providers.
• Post payroll journals into ERP and ensure HRIS-payroll data integrity.
• Provide analysis and commentary on operating expenses and P&L.
• Document and improve workflows with risk-based controls.
• Support annual audits and statutory reporting.
