Glovo Spain's XL team manages our largest accounts. As a Senior Account Manager, you own a portfolio end-to-end: the relationship, the commercial agenda, and day-to-day execution. This is a commercial role coordinating with Finance, Operations, Ads, and Marketing to ensure commitments are delivered.

You will lead reviews, monitor performance, and build growth-driven proposals. The role offers a hybrid Madrid-based setup, an equity plan, private health insurance, and benefits like Glovo credits

Responsabilidades

• Own the relationship with portfolio of key accounts end-to-end.
• Lead business reviews (MBR/QBR) with data-backed narratives.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy.
• Execute the commercial agenda including promotions and partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Ads and Marketing.
