Pickandroll Madrid is seeking a Senior Account Executive to coordinate the relationship between a European creative HUB and our local agency, developing key client relationships. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

The role focuses on client management, campaign development, project coordination and budget oversight for retail clients across Europe, with a hybrid work setup in Madrid.

Formación

• Min 3 years of account management in an advertising agency.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and budget management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for retail clients and manage relationships.
• Develop campaigns with cross-functional teams ensuring brand guidelines.
• Oversee end-to-end media plan execution, timelines and budgets.
• Provide strategic guidance and proactive client support.
