Cross Border Talents is seeking an English-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid. The role focuses on English-speaking markets and manages the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.

Responsibilities include meetings, product demonstrations and handling free trials. The position offers a permanent contract with a hybrid work model after onboarding, plus opportunities for internal progression.

Formación

• Native-level American English proficiency.
• Must reside in Spain.
• 1–6 years experience in BDR/SDR/call center or similar outbound sales roles.
• Strong confidence with cold calling.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and leads.
• Strong KPI and metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with US time zone working hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Contact and engage with a high volume of potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and follow up with prospects.
• Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and revenue.
• Handover closed accounts to the Customer Experience team.
