Lingo-nova is hiring Account Executives for our Madrid office. The role focuses on sales, business development, and building long-term client relationships in a KPI-driven environment.

The position offers a hybrid working model with a €30,000 gross annual base salary plus uncapped commission. Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in sales, fluent English, and C2 or bilingual proficiency in one of the listed languages, and must already be based in Spain.

Formación

• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Business Development, or Outbound Sales
• C2 proficiency or bilingual proficiency in one of the listed languages
• Professional English proficiency
• Candidates must already be based in Spain
