JD Logistics, a leading 3PL provider, seeks a Manager to secure, onboard, and manage external 3PL transport and last-mile partners across Spain, driving cost efficiency and high delivery standards.

The role requires deep procurement expertise, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish to engage with global HQ and local vendors. Mandarin knowledge is valued; the candidate must adapt to market dynamics and lead cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Deep procurement & freight mastery with proven contract negotiation and tariff management in Spanish road transport and final-mile markets.
• Language proficiency in English and Spanish for complex local negotiations and presentations.
• Knowledge of Mandarin is a valued corporate asset.

Responsabilidades

• Own carrier relationships across Spain and manage vendor performance.
• Negotiate commercial rates and draft SLAs to align with profitability targets.
• Establish and monitor daily/weekly/monthly reviews to ensure OTD and minimize damages.
