Alstom in Madrid is seeking a Project Engineering Manager Security to ensure engineering excellence, manage risks, and drive project solutions meeting customer expectations and business commitments. You will collaborate with engineering, RAMS, and project management teams to deliver secure, compliant mobility solutions.

The role requires an engineering degree, 3–5 years in urban transport or railway environments, and fluent English; French is a plus.

Formación

• Engineering degree is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in urban transport systems or related railway environments.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical contractual scope of security projects and ensure customer acceptance of the solution.
• Manage technical risks, mitigation plans, and engineering changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define, validate and supervise project engineering activities, including Verification & Validation.
• Drive technical consistency through interface management and a QCDP approach.
• Coordinate project requirements, solution customization and parameterization with cross-functional teams.
• Functionally lead the project engineering team and chair the Project Change Control Board (CCB).
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and project safety requirements.
