Alstom seeks a Project Engineering Manager On Board (PrEM) in Madrid to lead the engineering effort for the project solution, ensuring QCDP commitments and technical coordination with the core team across interfaces and stakeholders.

You will supervise the project engineering team, validate the solution, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver a robust mobility solution in a rail environment.

Formación

• Engineer with rail domain exposure and ERTMS knowledge.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams in rail projects.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the technical contractual scope of the project.
• Manage the project solution to meet QCDP commitments (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance).
• PrEM in charge of the complete validation of the Project Solution.
• Functionally lead the project engineering team and allocate tasks across the team.
• Manage interface with project core team for technical documents and issue resolution.
