Alstom in Madrid is seeking an ISM Software Architect to design and develop software architectures for critical rail systems, ensuring safe, secure, and reliable mobility. You will lead tenders, align development roadmaps with program needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and product development.

The role requires strong knowledge of security systems, tender governance, and international, Agile environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering or related field.
• Strong background in software architecture and product integration.
• Experience leading tenders and defining system architectures.
• Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, streaming, SIP, VoIP).
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to collaborate across international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead tenders to ensure consistency between tender development needs and program development roadmap; identify and manage gaps.
• Provide pre-tendering support and governance for architecture standards and solution frameworks.
• Review CbC and propose technical solutions covering requirements compliance, functional fit, and cost.
• Propose security-focused solutions based on standard protocols and cybersecurity considerations.
• Maintain awareness of industry standards and guide orientation with market trends.
• Engage with projects to identify and manage tender technical risks; chair decision-making meetings.
• Promote multi-program synergies to optimize cost of technical solutions.
