Alstom in Madrid is seeking a Safety Assurance Engineer to support the delivery of safe railway signalling systems. You will apply safety methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience in railway safety, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proactive mindset. French is a plus and international exposure is expected.

Formación

• Specific training in Railway Safety domain.
• Minimum 3 years of Safety Assurance in railway signalling projects (IXL/ERTMS).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• French is a plus.
• Experience in multicultural and multi-site environments.
• Rigorous, reliable, and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Perform safety assurance activities under PSAM guidance.
• Apply safety methodologies (Safety Plan, PHA, FMECA, FTA).
• Contribute to Safety Reports and Safety Case.
• Participate in periodic Safety Reviews.
• Support closure of findings from assessors.
