Estating is seeking a Financial Structuring Manager to join the Financial Markets team in Madrid or Luxembourg, with hybrid work options. You will design RELINC securitizations, draft issuance docs, and manage end-to-end execution with partners and counsel.

You will build repeatable structures, contribute to automation, and support deal teams across WM, RE, DPB and FO in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Competenze

• 3–6 years in structured finance, securitization, structured products or debt capital markets.
• Experience drafting issuance documentation (final terms, offering and product documents).
• Knowledge of SPV structures and Luxembourg implications.

Mansioni

• Analyze deals and design securitization structures.
• Draft and review issuance documents using standard templates.
• Coordinate ISIN registration, settlement, and closing.
• Develop templates and automate document generation.
• Support internal stakeholders and ensure compliance.
