• Extensive experience (6+ years) in trade receivables portfolio analysis and securitization of other asset classes.
• Knowledge of trade finance products (Payables/ECA/ Documentary Trade/ Inventory) desirable.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills including cash flow modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Structuring and executing securitizations of trade receivables deals globally across geographies.
• Coordinate and assist with origination of transactions across countries and stakeholders.
• Negotiate legal documentation and manage risk approvals with involved parties.
• Syndicate trade finance assets to buy-side investors and explore new product development.
