Telgea is expanding rapidly across Europe, and we’re seeking a hungry BDR to fuel our growth from Barcelona. You’ll identify target companies, reach out with sharp messaging, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

You’ll own outbound prospecting at high volume, qualify inbound leads, and help shape our playbook. Fluent English is required as our customers are international, and autonomy with a strong results focus is encouraged.

Formación

• Fluent English is required for international outreach.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong communication and prospecting skills to engage target buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Research accounts and decision-makers across IT, HR, procurement, and operations.
• Run outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video to start conversations.
• Book meetings for Account Executives and help build a robust pipeline.
• Contribute to developing outbound messaging and playbooks with feedback.
