UST is seeking a Scrum Master to join a fast-paced delivery team in Madrid on a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 WFH). You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable agile delivery for a wealth management project.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Scrum and Agile Delivery, strong facilitation and communication skills, and fluency in English. Relocation is supported and there are extensive benefits.

Work model

Tasks and accountabilities
