Exoticca seeks a Business Development Manager to drive field sales across Scotland, opening new Travel Advisor accounts and strengthening existing partnerships. You’ll represent Exoticca at trade shows and deliver in-person and virtual product presentations, driving group bookings and revenue growth.

The role requires a strong network in Scotland’s travel industry, a data-driven commercial mindset, and willingness to travel regularly to events and HQ visits.

Formación

• Proven field sales experience, especially in travel.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven with a commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan for Scotland.
• Onboard Travel Advisor accounts and grow existing partnerships.
• Represent Exoticca at trade events and FAM trips.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions, in-person and virtual.
• Drive group bookings and strategic partnerships while tracking pipeline in Salesforce.
• Prepare weekly activity and monthly expense reports; meet KPIs.
