NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure optimal performance of global BESS and wind fleets. This role operates in a 24/7 shift, performing advanced remote interventions via SCADA and serving as the escalation point for critical turbine issues to minimize downtime.

Required are 3–5 years in BESS/wind energy, a degree in a relevant technical field, and fluent English.

Formación

• Degree or higher technical education in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in BESS and/or Wind energy operations.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced monitoring of offshore/onshore assets in a 24/7 setting.
• SCADA-based troubleshooting with proprietary software.
• Remote intervention, resets and curtailments for turbine efficiency.
• Incident management and coordination with field teams and back offices.
• Analyze fault patterns and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
