Drees & Sommer Digital Services in Malaga is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead digital transformation across Talent Management, Succession and Employee Development. You will drive integration and optimization of HR processes, configure SuccessFactors modules, and design best-practice HR technology solutions.

Formación

• Extensive experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant focused on Talent Management.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with HR, IT and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Advise HR stakeholders on digital transformation of Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Development processes.
• Drive the integration and optimization of Talent Management processes across succession, development, performance and skills management.
• Configure, implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, focusing on Succession & Development.
• Design HR technology solutions and ensure best practices for implementation.
• Drive initiatives related to Skills Management, Skills Taxonomies and skills-based organizations.
• Support testing, deployment, change management, user adoption and continuous process improvement.
