Opella is seeking an experienced Digital ERP Program Lead to drive the Butterfly ERP Transformation, leading a cross-functional team in delivering SAP S/4HANA across global markets. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in large ERP implementation and program management.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Experience leading global, multi-year digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ERP Transformation program plan.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the integrated ERP roadmap across markets and sites.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, SLAs, and performance of system integrators.
• Guide solution design discussions and drive standardized processes.
• Lead change management and organizational transformation activities.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and governance forums.
