JobServe Ltd seeks an experienced SAP CX Consultant to support a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The role leads business transformation activities, drives process standardisation, and ensures adoption of SAP Customer Experience solutions across multiple business units.

The candidate should have 3–7 years of SAP CX delivery experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud for end-to-end deployments across

Qualifications

• Proven SAP CX implementation experience.
• Experience on global SAP transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Ability to operate within Fit-to-Standard delivery approaches.
• Multiple end-to-end SAP deployment life cycle experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead business transformation and process readiness for deployment.
• Align stakeholders with core processes and SAP best practices.
• Support change management and business adoption activities.
• Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and programme stakeholders.
• Ensure prerequisites are met ahead of deployment.
• Support data, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive improvements.
