JBT Marel is hiring a Senior Application Consultant SAP SD/CS to lead SAP SD and Customer Service initiatives across global operations. The role focuses on shaping business processes, designing solutions, and guiding implementation with partners.

Formación

Extensive experience in SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service processes.
Experience delivering SAP projects within global organizations.

Responsabilidades

Act as the functional lead for SAP SD/CS within strategic CAPEX and transformation projects
Lead functional design activities across Sales, Customer Service, and related business processes
Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, and external partners
Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of Order-to-Cash and Service Management processes
Support testing, training, and user adoption initiatives
Ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives and standards
Manage enhancements and issues within SAP SD/CS domain
Contribute to SAP roadmap development and future process improvements
