Job summary

• Extensive experience implementing SAP CS solutions at scale.
• Strong knowledge of service order management, maintenance contracts and warranty processes.
• Proven ability to support SIT, UAT and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Define configuration requirements and liaise with development and delivery teams.
• Configure SAP CS solutions in line with business requirements.
• Advise on enhancements, extensibility options and integration requirements.
• Support data mapping and migration activities.
• Ensure SIT success and support defect resolution.
• Coordinate BoB readiness activities and deployment planning.
• Execute cutover activities and support go-live stabilization.

Location: Barcelona, Budapest or Warsaw

Hybrid Onsite Model: 30-50% onsite

Experience required: 3-7 years

Start Date: January 2027

Duration: 12 months

Project planned for 6 year S4/HANA Public Cloud scope.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP CS Consultant to support the design, configuration, testing and deployment of SAP Customer Service processes within a large-scale SAP transformation programme. The successful candidate will work across business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation, integration and cutover of SAP CS solutions. This role follows a technical delivery model focused on configuration, testing, integration and deployment readiness.

• Ensure technical implementation, configuration, and cutover execution across the IT ecosystem.
• Deliver best-fit IT systems, manage configuration, testing, and support seamless cutover and transition.

• Coordinate Business on Business (BoB) readiness activities
• Support Legacy application adaptation and transition planning
• Execute cutover activities and support deployment readiness
• Support go-live and post-go-live stabilisation activities
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the SAP ecosystem
