T-Systems Iberia is seeking an SAP Project Manager with S/4HANA and Scrum Master capabilities to lead SAP projects across Spain. You will coordinate teams, manage backlog, and ensure agile delivery in a hybrid work environment with international stakeholders.

The role requires strong knowledge of agile methods, SAP Activate, and the ability to drive quality and on-time delivery in complex SAP environments. Fluency in English is a plus.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an SAP Project Manager with S/4HANA experience and Scrum Master capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to lead teams and coordinate stakeholders in SAP projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and project governance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and monitor SAP projects across multiple sites.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective).
• Backlog management and prioritization with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams, manage deadlines, scope and risks.
