T-Systems Iberia is seeking an SAP IS-H Consultant to lead functional analysis and define SAP solutions for healthcare environments across multiple hospital settings in Spain. You will bridge business needs with technical teams and focus on hospital management processes, billing, and patient movements.

Experience with SAP IS-H and IS-H*med is essential; familiarity with SAP Fiori, iDoc/RFC/BAPI, and HL7/FHIR will support integration efforts in digital healthcare projects.
