Deutsche Telekom AG is seeking a seasoned Program Manager in Barcelona to lead SAP projects specifically in the automotive sector. You will manage extensive programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Must possess deep knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and demonstrate strong leadership in guiding projects from inception through stabilization. The company offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, access to training, and more than 26 vacation days annually.

# Program Manager (m/f/d)BarcelonaProfessionalRegularT-Systems Iberia## About this job### Your ProfileWe are looking for an experienced **SAP Program Manager/Project Manager** with extensive expertise in leading digital transformation programs in automotive environments, managing complex SAP projects, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives in time, cost, and quality.#### Must Have Skills* Demonstrable experience in managing large SAP programs and projects, preferably in multinational environments in the automotive sector* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA* Strong knowledge of main business processes associated with supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and sales* Experience in SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects, from definition phase to start-up and stabilization* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and corporate strategy* Experience in coordinating functional, technical, and external teams, both in person and remotely* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies* Experience in risk management* Experience in planning, budgeting, economic control, and executive reporting* Ability to lead management committees* Ability to manage high-level stakeholders and facilitate strategic decision-making* Experience in industrial discrete manufacturing environments, with special knowledge of production, planning, quality, and logistics processes specific to the automotive sector* Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) models* Knowledge of Just-In-Sequence (JIS) models* Knowledge of supplier management and plant operations### About Us**T-Systems** is part of the Deutsche Telekom group, with around 30,000 employees worldwide.
